We picked the cheaper room. It was clean and okay, though the furniture was a little old and the closets needed more usable hangers. The shared bathroom was in really bad shape and definitely needs renovating. The main things going for the apartment are its affordable price and location, with a bus stop right outside.

Sun and Sea House was a hygienic place to stay in a heritage site, and the hosts were helpful and supportive throughout my visit. It was also well placed for exploring the island, with attractions, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby. I’d highly recommend it to short-term visitors. It was one of the best places I stayed in Malta.

Really good place, and the location worked well. Everything was clean, and the staff were so friendly. Highly recommend!

We found cockroaches everywhere, in the kitchen, on the bed, even in our clothes. It was so disgusting that we ran out on our last morning. There was no hot water and the towels were dirty too. Terrible stay, easily the worst place we’ve ever booked. Avoid it!
