8Villa B&B

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service here made me want to. My room was clean and comfortable, so no complaints there. Mateus and Sean were especially helpful with everything, both at the property and around Malta. Malta itself is fantastic too.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a room at 8Villa, but when we arrived they had us down for completely different dates and had no spare room. Their booking system seems wildly disorganised, and mistakes like this sound common. They said they’d found us a room at another hotel and were lucky to get anything during peak season at the end of June. Once we arrived, though, the place was a dump and far below the standard we’d originally booked. We were running out of time that day, so we had to find somewhere else ourselves. There were plenty of nearby hotels at the same standard, just more expensive. We asked 8Villa to cover the extra cost, but they refused. It was a stressful, awful start to the holiday. There are much better nearby hotels, such as The Alexandra, and booking ahead can make them much cheaper.

Giuliana's advice helped make our holiday wonderful, so thank you! The B&B was spotless and well cared for, and Sant Julian's nightlife is just a three-minute walk away. Highly recommended. We'll see again.

We had a great stay and the service was great too. Nice breakfast in the morning and a good location in St Julian's, apart from all those hills 😊
