The room was dirty, including the toilet, towels, and sheets. The hair dryer was too dirty to touch, and the shower walls were covered in humidity and mold. The location is extremely convenient, close to the restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops in the center of Valetta. The main bus station is also a 15-minute walk away, with buses to all over Malta. I'd only recommend it if a great location is all you want. It has nothing more to offer.

We had booked a week, but couldn't fly in the end because there was a problem with my son's ID. We tried to book another flight, but there wasn't one until the following week, after we would have returned from Malta. We asked if there was a way to get at least part of our booking back, but they only replied that it was non-refundable, with no empathy. I know it was our problem, but I had hoped for some understanding in that situation. I'll never book this place again.
A great location in Valletta, with a very comfortable bed and all the basics you need in the room. It's an excellent self-catering apartment.
The owners were very helpful, replied promptly, and offered extra luggage storage. The duplex apartment suited four people, and its location was excellent for getting around Valletta. It's in a historic, traditional building, and the little balcony, with its table and two chairs, was pleasant. We also appreciated having a washing machine. Upstairs, the bedrooms and living area are nice, but the ensuite bathroom is tiny and shabby. The showerhead was rusty and broken, spraying water everywhere, while the sink was very small and the faucet was coming loose from its base. Sewer smells drifted in from the windows and bathroom, which was unpleasant in the room. The walls were covered with stains, probably from damp, and could use a fresh coat of paint. The downstairs bathroom is practically in the basement and very damp. We hardly used it because the stairs aren't comfortable, and both times we went down we saw cockroaches. There wasn't a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived. It wasn't necessary, but that thoughtful touch would have been appreciated.
Getting around on foot is easy, and the location is excellent. Ferries cost €2.50 for a return trip. Don't rent a car: driving on the left is a nightmare, and this place isn't suitable for it. Uber parking solves everything; it's clean and fast. The accommodation works for two couples if you don't have high expectations, but the bathrooms need improvement. One has no shower, one has no toilet, and the one with a shower has no glass pane. One complete bathroom would be better than three half-bathrooms, and various soaps are missing. The upstairs bed squeaked just by looking at it, and we understood each other.
