The staff made my wife's birthday feel really special. I had ordered a cake and candles in advance and asked for them during breakfast; they brought it out singing, and other guests joined in. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the team. The rooms are a good size, with walk-in showers, and the hotel is accessible throughout once you get inside, including the roof. The entrance itself has two steps and isn't wheelchair accessible.

For a stay right in the middle of the city without the feel of a big hotel, Palazzo Ignazio is a lovely little boutique place. The terrace has an amazing view, and the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. I'd recommend Palazzo Ignazio.

We spent two nights here. The breakfast was alright and the service was helpful, but the room was damp and smelled bad. Its window looked into a hallway, which made the space feel dark and a bit creepy. The room itself and the towels, bedding and bathrobes were poor quality.

The room was clean, comfortable and neatly laid out, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was only a short walk away. I enjoyed the stay and would strongly recommend the hotel.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the penthouse suite had a stunning balcony view. We stayed there four nights and also got to enjoy the private Jacuzzi.
