We loved our five nights at Pallazzo Consiglia. Set in a historic building, the hotel blends old-world character with modern comfort, and feels peaceful and elegant in the heart of Valletta. Our Sirena suite had a spacious bath and comfortable beds, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place for morning coffee. Staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, and made us feel welcome. Historic sights and the centre of Valletta are very close, about a 5-10 minute walk. If you want an intimate boutique hotel in a great location, Palazzo Consiglia feels like a hidden sanctuary. Thank you for everything.

We came back from a three-night stay at this wonderful hotel and are already looking forward to returning for longer in the summer. It's right in the heart of Valetta, about as good a location as you can get. Toni and the team gave exceptional service. The hotel is very stylish, with grand, elegant rooms that still feel quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had in a hotel for a long time, with something for all tastes and diets. We also used the spa and treatments and couldn't fault them.

We stayed over Christmas in room Maltija, whose traditional Maltese balcony was perfect for us. The minibar and evening turndown service were much appreciated, and having booked the spa every day made a relaxing end to our long walks around Malta. Breakfast was delicious every day, especially the cakes, and the homemade mince pies from the Palazzo were a treat. Thanks to the chef and breakfast team. From day one, the exceptional staff treated us with care and respect. Special thanks to Devika for a super friendly check-in and to Ljiljana for making sure our special needs were met. This beautiful boutique hotel felt like a home away from home. We'll surely be back. Don't think twice, just book it!

The homemade breakfast was very good, the spa was amazing, and the staff were welcoming. The old town location is perfect and very quiet. But there may be rooms without a window, and the booking form doesn't explain that clearly, so it's a really bad surprise when you arrive. Our room had what they called a "skylight". If you're claustrophobic, go somewhere else. It may not be true of every room, but be careful when booking.

The spa was fabulous, and we really appreciated being able to book private sessions by the hour. The hotel is a calm, stylish oasis on a quiet side street, right in the heart of Valetta. From the moment we arrived, Tony, Ljiljana, Paolo, and the rest of the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome, relaxed, and cared for. They were happy to help with anything, from planning daily outings to checking the weather forecast. We're very much looking forward to coming back for a longer stay!😊
