The Wi-Fi was great, and the owner's wife and receptionist were very friendly, but the place needs much better upkeep. Our room was dirty, with someone else's hair in the bed and on the floor, and breakfast was served at a dirty table. The downstairs bathroom was the most disgusting thing I’ve experienced. Several rooms had no hot water, and when my colleagues raised the conditions, the manager or owner got into a screaming match with them. Not a good stay.

I’m beyond disappointed. I booked this property for several clients as a booking agent, and they still haven’t sent the refunds due. I was told after days of calls that I’d get the money in 14 days, by April 14th, but it’s May 6th and there’s still nothing. They’ve ignored my calls, so I’m sorry, but this feels like a scam. If refunds aren’t offered, they should say so instead of taking people’s money. That’s fraud. Also, don’t arrive late or around midnight, because you might not find anyone to help you. I tried not to write this, but here it is. I’ll edit it if there are any updates.

My experience was awful. The staff were rude, arrogant and seemed untrained. The manager was the worst, with no idea how to speak to or treat guests.

The owners, Leckraj and his wife Pallavi, were lovely and friendly. They even let me stay until 6pm for free, and gave my kids extra food at no charge when they asked. Parking was on site and watched by security all night. The Wi-Fi was good, and breakfast was simple but nice for the price. The beds were good, and the shower was okay, though in winter you have to wait a bit for hot water. There’s an air conditioner and a fan, but the fan worked so well we never needed to turn on the air conditioner. Some comments surprised me. For a low price, you can’t expect a castle. It’s a little better than a motel, and hotels like Palms are too expensive for a budget traveler like me, especially since we spend most of our time out.
