Siyaan really stood out on the whale shark excursion. He was professional, attentive to us, and clearly cared about the animals and the environment. He made sure we had a great experience, and I want to compliment him for that. During our stay at Nova resort, every staff member was kind and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food had excellent variety day after day, the shared areas stayed clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable. Service overall was thoughtful and attentive. We had a wonderful stay.

The house reef at Nova Maldives is magnificent, with plenty of different marine life, and bartender Chamoda deserves special praise. He makes excellent cocktails and is always happy to have a pleasant conversation. Our room was cleaned well, and though the SOUL KITCHEN menu isn't especially large, there was always something to eat. The main frustration had been slow service there: drink menus and orders were sometimes ignored, and even when staff took the order, drinks could arrive only near the end of the meal. Clearing used dishes from tables was also too slow. Since we first wrote about this, the general manager has taken active steps to improve SOUL KITCHEN service. It has changed dramatically: menus and drinks now arrive promptly, and tables are no longer left with dirty dishes.

Thoo made a real difference during our stay. She was attentive, always available, and went out of her way to arrange everything well. Nova Maldives itself is a beautiful, well-kept island, with spacious, comfortable villas and a peaceful atmosphere. We found a nice balance of activities and time to relax. From arrival onward, everything was organized smoothly and the staff made us feel welcome. The food, service, and experiences were all excellent, with thoughtful details throughout. We highly recommend it for a memorable resort stay and would definitely return.

The house reef was lovely, and Nova Maldives itself was truly magical and beautiful. We enjoyed delicious food and drinks with consistently outstanding flavors. Jaleel, Vijay, and the rest of their team gave exceptional service in the restaurant and bar.

The island's lush greenery made for such a peaceful setting, and the snorkeling was a real standout. The marine life was abundant and the reef seemed to be in top condition. Thoo took great care of us, with attentive, friendly, and professional service that made the visit even more memorable. We stayed at Nova Maldives from April 24th to April 28th and had a truly wonderful time. Highly recommended for anyone after a natural paradise.
