We’d recommend this as an alternative kind of holiday, away from the usual resorts. The guesthouse, local Travel beach, is small and well looked after. Imad and his staff welcomed us warmly and had everything well organized. We enjoyed a wonderful excursion every day, and Sharif was always attentive to whatever we needed.

Imad, the owner, took care of everything from A to Z, starting with airport pickup and transport, then arranging daily trips to little islands and activities like snorkeling and fishing. He’s one of the most attentive people I’ve met when it comes to guests. His sister and Sazura prepared beautiful food that made me fall in love with Maldivian cuisine. I stayed at this guesthouse for 10 days in December 2023 with my husband and some friends. It was my first time staying in a guesthouse, and I can’t wait to come back. The room and bathroom were basic, as you’d expect at a guesthouse, but very clean and just a two-minute walk from bikini beach. The people, care, activities, and food in Hangnaamedhoo were the best. I felt like part of a family.
