Nihaali Maldives

The bikini beach is great, and there’s a decent house reef to explore. Rooms are comfortable, with a kettle, coffee, fridge, and TV, plus a reasonably sized bathroom. There was a slight smell in the upstairs room, perhaps from the drains. Patel and Nasheed were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers food, though we were staying room-only. I contacted the owner directly and got a quick reply. Highly recommend this hotel on the island.

We often had the beach entirely to ourselves when we visited at the beginning of December. It was beautiful, with a fantastic reef for snorkeling. There are also dive sites nearby, and dive schools on neighboring islands make it easy to arrange a trip. Excursions were available, but we chose a quieter stay; Nasheed made it clear activities could be organized whenever we wanted. Fresh water was provided daily, snorkeling gear was free to borrow, and clean beach towels came every other day. Our six nights at Nihaali in Kudarikilu were genuinely relaxing. The room was very clean, and Pratap led excellent room service. He was attentive, warm, positive, and caring. Chef Kosala made delicious meals and adjusted the spices and seasoning to our preferences. Since we were the only guests, he sometimes offered special suggestions, checked our preferred meal times in advance, and served generous portions. After we arrived, Nasheed gave us a little island tour to help us find our way and introduced us to local people, giving us a glimpse of their lives. The whole team was friendly and genuinely welcomed feedback. They’re a newly formed team, keen to use suggestions and create a good experience. We can warmly recommend Nihaali to anyone wanting a peaceful island stay with a kind, attentive team.

The island is great and the hotel is excellent. Our rooms were comfortable, and the location was quiet. Nasheed and Patel were efficient, helpful, and made us feel welcome. Definitely recommended.

The best part was a snorkeling trip arranged by the guesthouse. I swam among colorful coral reefs, saw turtles and manta rays, and we also visited a breathtaking nearby sandbank. The peaceful setting is great for relaxing and still close to a lovely bikini beach. I had an amazing stay at Nihaali. The staff made me feel at home, and my room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with fresh fruit and local dishes. I highly recommend Nihaali Maldives for an authentic, memorable Maldivian getaway.
