When we left a bag behind at the Gulhi ferry terminal by mistake, the team quickly arranged to send it to us in Male by speedboat at no extra cost. They coordinated smoothly with the Arrival Hotel and Spa speedboat team, who helped as well. That kindness and care meant a lot. Saif and his colleagues made the whole stay memorable, from arrival right through to goodbye. They gave us helpful advice about tours and ferry times, and checked in to see how we were doing. Thank you, Sandy Heaven team, for hosting us and giving us one of the most cherished memories of our journey.

Stay away from their excursions. They changed the location three times in a few hours and charged extra for “unlimited drinks,” which felt like a scam. There was also a 5% credit card fee, and the boat driver played music extremely loudly. At the island, they had all our information wrong, so we waited an hour longer than everyone else to get in. We had to sort it out ourselves with the staff there. The tour organizers took no responsibility and just shrugged it off. It felt like they’d never done this before.

It’s a guest house, not a hotel, and the public information is inaccurate. My experience was terrible: the place was dirty and noisy, the tap water was salty, and there were insects. The rooms were old, everything seemed to be falling apart, and the renovation looked at least 20 years old.

Saif and Noyan kept my room clean, made sure breakfast was perfect, and helped me with everything I needed. The hotel is very close to the beach and had all the necessary amenities at a great price. Thanks!
