Aquzz Inn & Spa Hotel

The air conditioning worked and the shower had warm water. That's about all I can praise. Our room was spacious, but some rooms don't have a mini fridge. The bathroom was dirty and smelled odd, with ants and a concrete sink cabinet that couldn't be cleaned properly. Everything felt old and dated. The pool in the listing was only useful as a photo backdrop because the water was dirty. The hotel is a long way from the bikini beach, though there are small shops, a cafe, and a bakery nearby. Breakfast hardly deserves a mention, and most of the staff seemed unfriendly to me. I wouldn't want to repeat this stay at Aquzz.

Our family had a great time here, and we'd happily come back. Promise and the rest of the staff were so helpful, and Promise was always there when we needed anything. The family room had plenty of space and natural light, and the beds were comfortable enough that we slept really well every night. Breakfast was wonderful too. The beach is just a short walk away, with lots of good restaurants around the hotel. It worked out perfectly for us.

The photos really don't show what the hotel is like in person. It was ugly and in terrible condition, with dirty towels and bedding. The breakfast was awful, and the area was dirty too. If you don't want to be disappointed, don't come here.

I spent two lovely nights here and had a good time with the hotel and Spa staff. Everyone was friendly. The hotel is close to Maafushi Jail and Police Station, about a five-minute walk from the Jetty, and near the beach, restaurants, and cafes. My room was large, with a balcony view, and the toilet was clean. There's also a Spa on the terrace. They include breakfast, though honestly it wasn't very good. A nice place for solo travellers or families.
