The staff were very nice, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The gym and pool were much smaller than the photos suggested. There were quite a few stains around the pool, and the area didn’t seem well maintained. For the price, it didn’t feel worth it.

We had a lovely family stay at Hotel Jen, and the staff were attentive and really friendly. The food was excellent too. The pool was clean, beautiful, and relaxing, and my son especially loved swimming there. We’d definitely visit again.

I go to Lime Restaurant often, and Buddhika, Nissan, Riyaz, and all the chefs in the kitchen consistently go above and beyond. Buddhika’s service especially stood out. After more than 20 years in customer service across different industries, I know what leaves me satisfied, and I left after a really cinematic experience. Lime Restaurant Male is an easygoing place with tasty food, and I’d recommend it. Well done to everyone there, you’re the best.

The massage at the spa was amazing and so relaxing, and we appreciated the complimentary airport transport. The pool and upstairs bar were a letdown, though. We booked largely for the infinity pool, but there was a children’s party with a “screaming competition” game. The noise was unbearable, and neither the parents nor staff stepped in. We couldn’t order drinks because of the noise, which was very disappointing at this price. The food also made me feel unwell afterward. To the hotel’s credit, staff handled that professionally and refunded us, which we appreciated. I can’t recommend it for couples hoping to unwind.
