The tourist beach is only a two-minute walk away, and guests have reserved sun-beds there. We stayed 12 days and had a great time. Mufeed was always available if we needed help, at any time of day. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were very good, and the sheets and towels could be changed as often as we wanted. The rooms are lovely but could use a little refreshing. We'd love to return sometime.

The host made a strong impression from the start, greeting us warmly and being genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We had an exceptional experience here. The accommodation and food were great, and if you're after a wonderful place with a fantastic host, this is a great option.

Breakfast and dinner were both very good, and Mufeed regularly offered us fresh bottles of water. He also helped arrange our round-trip speedboat from Malé and an excursion to the sand bank, where we went diving with mantas and turtles. He took some really nice photos of us diving with his camera, too. Our stay at Thundi was just perfect. Thanks for everything, and hopefully we'll see you again soon.

The guest house is clean and neat, and the owner and family are kind and helpful. Mathiveri is an amazing island with lovely people. Prices are very low in the off-season. I visited in October; it rained sometimes, but it was sunny most of the time, and the prices were low.

The hospitality at Mathiveri thundi guest house was very poor. The rooms weren't good, the food was the worst, and the service we received was very bad. Please don't visit this hotel.
