Coco Bodu Hithi Resort

We came back to Coco Bodu Hithi for a second visit within 10 months, which says a lot about how much we love the place. The beautiful setting, reefs, facilities and well-equipped rooms are all great, but the people are what make it feel like paradise. We were looked after like family throughout. Zaadh, our island host, made everything run smoothly. At Latitude bar, Ramya and Vignesh always greeted us with genuine warmth. Christine at the Kids Club kept Azaan and Azaad happy for a couple of hours each day, giving us time to snorkel and relax while knowing they were safe. We loved the meals at Air restaurant, thanks to chefs Liton and Akhtar for their cooking and care, and Sudip and Mohsin for looking after us each time. The boys will miss their buddies and will keep up the water challenges. Krishna and Nasir kept rooms 333 and 601 in excellent shape, and it was lovely to return each day to everything in order. Rishey made the funboat and jetskis a hit with the boys. Buggy drivers Jalil, Siyam and Taj made trips around the island fun, too. I wholeheartedly recommend Coco Bodu Hithi as a luxury place that works well for families. There aren’t many places I can imagine being better.

Dyan was a warm, helpful host throughout our amazing three-day stay at Coco Bodu Hithi Maldives. Joy was welcoming too, and Naba prepared meals to suit our preferences. The whole team was hospitable and greeted us with smiles. The all-inclusive food had plenty of variety and tasted great. Our room was clean, quiet and well maintained, and the setting looked beautiful in the sunny, cloudy weather. We also had a lot of fun jet skiing and going on the fun boat.

We had a brilliant holiday. The overwater rooms were roomy and comfortable, with gorgeous views and easy access to the clear water. There was plenty of good food, especially at the Japanese restaurant, and Nilu at the day spa was fabulous. The staff were all polite, accommodating and amazing. Thank you.

You can walk around the very green island on a blanket of greenery, which makes getting around easy. It’s a great place to unwind, about a 45-minute motorboat ride from the airport. There’s a lively reef just offshore, where we saw rays, turtles, fish and reef sharks. The food was varied and tasty. We spotted wild parrots near the main restaurant, and even a stork waiting in line at the grill. If you enjoy the positive atmosphere and how hard the staff work to make guests comfortable, you’ll like this hotel.
