Everyone was great, from the front desk customer service to the rest of the team. Five stars all around.

The amenities are great, but the people are so rude. They don’t seem to know their own rules and act like they’re after their five minutes of fame. If they want tourism to come back, they need to learn how to treat people well.
It’s a very safe neighborhood, with elevators and helpful gardeners who do a great job. Staff are nice too. There are tennis courts, a gym, and pools, plus little cars that take you to the beach so you can skip the 15-minute walk. The restaurant by the pool serves good food at affordable prices. The place is really nice and feels high quality.
It really feels like a huge resort, and it’s totally worth it. There are a couple of restaurants with really good value, plus bars by the beach and pools. The clubhouse has a cafeteria, gym, indoor kids’ playground, and spa. You can get around in complimentary golf carts, and there’s direct beach access. The complex has several residential buildings and pools, and it’s right beside La Isla Shopping Village, with a small entrance from the mall.
The amenities are great, but having to wear a mask outdoors and at the gym in 80-degree humid weather was ridiculous. A couple of power-hungry workers were enforcing a mandate that wasn’t law. COVID has a 98% survival rate, and we’re two years into it.
