Only stayed one night, but the room and its amenities were clean and in good shape. Nice place!

The only real plus was being able to walk to the GNP Arena. We paid over 2,000 pesos a night, and it wasn't worth it. Nobody told us we'd be placed in a newly renovated part of the hotel. The floor still felt gritty and smelled like paint, and the bathroom had no door, just a curtain. The wall was so close to the toilet there was barely any room. There was a warped mirror and nowhere to set clothes or luggage. The TV had no apps installed and no over-the-air signal, so it was useless. We'd been in touch with staff before arriving. They could have told us about the room and let us decide whether to stay, but the only thing they contacted us about beforehand was prepayment.

The room was clean and fine for a night, considering the price. But the street noise was bad, and the reception staff weren't friendly. They don't have hot water, and you only find out when you arrive. There's a sign, so if you miss it, you'll be frustrated. We left a 100-peso deposit, and when checking out they said they'd inspect the room before returning it. I'd suggest being there while they check. They did give the 100 pesos back in the end, but reluctantly, and nothing was missing.

I liked the hotel. The pool area was lovely and really clean. There was a bit of noise early in the morning, but the stay was good.
