The attached restaurant and its staff were good, but the place felt old and musty, and I found a cockroach in my room. I was on the ground floor facing the parking lot and got very little airflow. If you have a choice, a balcony room facing the square might at least get some air. This was only good for one night. It needs a redo, even by Mexico standards.

They had no rooms available, then offered me a large one that was dirty and wouldn’t last for the full length of my original reservation. Way overpriced.

They kept things secure, even bringing my pizza up after the delivery driver wasn’t allowed to come to my room. The staff also handled my luggage and moved my car, then brought it back when I needed it. We stayed several nights, and I’d stay again. The service was amazing, highly recommend.

Nice pool and secure parking, with a great location.

The outside looked nice and the staff were very nice, but the town felt very sketchy and the pictures were a lie. We lasted exactly 10 minutes.
