I booked because the reviews were good, but the room had a musty smell and no hot water. When I told the young man on duty, he ignored me. I hoped it would be fixed by morning, but nothing changed. The service was disappointing. 😣

The rooms are really clean, and the staff are very friendly. It’s a simple but lovely hotel. Highly recommend it.

Really bad experience. They don't answer my calls, and they still owe me a refund.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. IT'S GREAT The bathroom was filthy when I checked in, with feces and urine all over it. The mattress was hard, too. The light wouldn’t turn on, and reception couldn’t fix it when I reported the problem. He said he’d return with a new bulb, so I waited 15-20 minutes with the door open, as he’d left it. When he still hadn’t come back, I asked him about it. He apologized and said he didn’t have any more bulbs. I wish he’d told me instead of leaving me waiting.
