The location is the only reason I'd recommend this hotel. The rooms are very old, somewhat dirty, and need a lot of maintenance. Otherwise, find somewhere better.

Breakfast is probably the only good thing about this place. You'd expect at least some courtesy from a hotel, but I had two suitcases, about three carry-ons, and two blankets. Nobody offered to open the door. When I said my room key didn't work, nobody offered to come check it with me.

The location is in a convenient area where I could stop and head out whenever I wanted. My room was a good size, clean, and comfortable to sleep in. The service was excellent too. Everyone who helped me was polite and had a nice smile.

It's an okay, basic hotel, as the concept suggests, but it seems like some maintenance is due. The sheets and towels are losing their integrity, and the hot water is only warm.

On my business trips, this has been the best hotel for heading to the south side of the city, with the airport and industrial parks nearby. The Wi-Fi signal has been the best I've had on all my business trips.
