Cabañas El Rincón de Pancho

The food is still good, but the service has fallen off even though the place has expanded and raised its prices. I’ve been coming for years and once held a children’s party here, so I remember how much better it used to be. They’ve added more cabins without adding grills, so guests are left to sort out how to use them on their own. I was also charged for a juice I never saw or drank. They leave souvenirs in the rooms without telling guests what’s there, and there was no inventory posted to explain the charge. I’d reserved two bundles of firewood, but they wouldn’t let me return them even though they were undamaged. They told me I could take them home, which felt inflexible and unhelpful. This used to be somewhere I was glad to return to, but the poor service now clashes with the growth they promote and may push regulars away. I tried to raise the complaint directly with the cabins, but they blocked me instead of listening.
