A lovely spot right downtown, with beautiful rooms, a pool, and a jungle feel throughout. They did provide earplugs, since the music really does get loud at night. It's a good fit if you're after the location, attractive surroundings, and good service, but not a restful night's sleep.

The rooms have a lovely mix of comfort and sophistication with rustic decor and nature all around. These small cabins are right downtown, with a pool and lots of greenery. The drawback is nighttime noise: a nearby nightclub plays loud music all night, until 4 am, so getting some rest or relaxing can be challenging.

There’s an outdoor bar extremely close by, and the techno music goes until 5 am. The staff did mention noise before booking, but made it sound like just a little noise until 1 am. If you want a terrible night's sleep, this hotel is the place. The noise in the rooms should be considered illegal.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff were friendly. Everything was very clean. The hotel is right in Bacalar's lively city centre, and its spa was a lovely extra, with a swimming pool, ice bath, sauna, and massage option. We also rode a bike to the private beachclub, which is really pretty and a big plus. Muchas Gracias and Hasta pronto.

My family and I were so excited to stay here, but none of us slept on the first night. The nightclub next door played the loudest techno music I've ever heard, nonstop from late at night until 6am. If a good night's sleep matters to you, this isn't the place.
