We stayed four nights in a lovely, clean room with a friendly host. The area felt safe, and there are shops and an ATM on the main road nearby. It was great being a 20-minute walk from town, since the route took us through some of it.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and the bathroom was okay. The host was friendly, and the location worked out, though it’s a bit far from the beach restaurant area. The stairs are tough to manage with suitcases.

The owners were incredibly attentive, and our room was spotless during the three nights we stayed at this bed and breakfast. It’s a five-minute walk to the main avenue that leads to the bus station, and about 15 minutes on foot to the town center. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

We would have loved to stay longer. The host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome right away. Our room was exceptionally bright and cozy, and we’d definitely return. We had a fantastic stay.

It has what you need for a couple of nights. The pier and park in central Bacalar are a 10-15 minute walk away, and the people were friendly and attentive whenever we had questions about the accommodation or exploring town.
