It was a great spot, only three blocks from the lagoon. Our room stayed clean and was comfortable, with AC. The people were really nice from the minute we arrived.

There's a parking lot, and the pool is open. Breakfast was basic but good, and the place was very clean. On weekend party nights there was some music late, until 11pm.

The mattress and pillows were poor quality, the sink was clogged, and a lot of things were broken. There wasn't even a hand towel, and the room had no facilities. This was a terrible place to stay, the worst I've ever been.

There wasn't even a toilet seat, and as I'm getting older it's too hard to hover. I nearly fell and was lucky to hit the wall. I won't return until they put a seat in. The online pictures showed a bedspread and a toilet seat, but neither was in my room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they could book tours for us. The AC worked well, though the room could have been cleaner. Hot water was a mystery: it worked at the tap but not in the shower, which also had very little pressure. The tap was hardly useful anyway, since the water went in every direction except down.
