The staff were really friendly, and the laundry service was amazing. Our room was very large, but the bathroom was dirty, with spiders and grime. We also had no water for over 12 hours, and when it came back it was cold only. I know this is the jungle, but other hotels and apartments we stayed in were much better.

It's close to the main road, and the water pressure is almost nonexistent. The staff were friendly, and otherwise the place had a lovely, homey feel.

They were so quick to respond, and even let me and my small dog check in early. The room was really nice and surprisingly big for the price. I’d come back in an instant. Thanks again!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the place itself was very comfortable too. There’s a kitchenette with everything you need to make your own food. I also found the departure point easy to locate.
