The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful. Service was the other real bright spot. It's an inexpensive hotel, but some rooms have AC that doesn't work right, the mattresses are uncomfortable, and the rooms feel a little dated.

The service fell short, too. I was still staying until 1:00 PM, but when I asked for a towel that morning, they said they couldn't give me one because it was checkout day. The room wasn't what the photos led me to expect, and for what I got, it felt very expensive. There was no vanity, just a square table 😔. The AC also didn't work, so I had to keep asking reception to switch it on and off manually. I really wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless and smelled fresh. The bed was softer than I like, but it's fine for an overnight stay and a shower. Just know the nearest Oxxo is at least three or four blocks away.

Nothing fancy, just a simple hotel with clean rooms and good service.

There's Wi-Fi, and every room has air conditioning, a real plus in the Veracruz area. The residential setting is pretty quiet, and a bus to Plaza Américas stops one street away. It's a small place, though, and there aren't many nearby spots for breakfast or dinner. My basic room was small but comfortable, and the staff gave excellent service.
