We felt safe walking to most places, and there was always someone there to greet us. The terrace was a highlight, with a great view to enjoy over a couple of beers. Staff were attentive and gave us useful information.

A small, comfortable hotel at an affordable price. The stairs are uneven and slippery, so if mobility is an issue, ask for a room on the ground floor.

The terrace has a nice view and is a good place to unwind. There’s a very good cafe and restaurant nearby, and the tourist road is an eight minute walk away. Our room was cleaned every day, and there was always someone at reception to welcome us. Hot water was reliable, and the AC and WiFi both worked well. We had a GREAT stay in Oaxaca and would come back or recommend it to anyone.

The cleaning ladies did a great job, and the place was very clean. But after two weeks there, I didn't get a single peaceful night. Street noise, a barking guard dog, and loud alarms from the Mechanic's shop next door made it impossible to rest at night. During the day, the owner was obnoxiously loud while conducting business, so guests couldn't even enjoy a cup of coffee. His lack of manners, education, respect, and common sense made it impossible to relax. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
