It's an old hotel with no elevator, in a semi-quiet part of Reforma in Oaxaca City. The front rooms all have balcony views. The all-metal garage gates open noisily every morning at 7. They allow smoking in the enclosed lobby cafe, and the smoke reaches the second-floor rooms.
