Casa Naila Hotel Boutique

I loved staying at casa nalia. Everyone was so kind, and the service was lovely. It’s in a really good spot, close to the zocalo and lots of restaurants. I’d recommend it to anyone, even though it’s kinda expensive.

The rooms at Casa Naila Hotel Boutique were stylish and extremely comfortable. Ours had good windows and light, though not much of a view. The lovely foyer and rooftop lounge bar made up for that. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels in Oaxaca City, and its location is excellent. We had a delightful stay during Dia de Muertos (Day of the Dead) 2024. Yasmin looked after us with real devotion, and Jeshua was kind and efficient in arranging the booking. The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Luckily there’s a sensational bakery next door, so you can pick up croissants and pastries for a delicious start to the day if the hotel hasn’t added a continental selection since this review.

We booked this hotel in June for Day of the Dead 2025. Two weeks later, they messaged to say they’d listed the wrong price and would only honor the booking if we paid 350% more. We contacted them, but they ignored us more than once. Yesterday they cancelled the reservation after selling it elsewhere for substantially more. Utterly disgraceful. They clearly only care about money, so I’d look for a hotel more deserving of your custom.

The restaurant served delicious food, and the employees were about as hospitable as they could be. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, too. We recently stayed at Casa Naila and had an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!
