The rooms are simple and clean, and the staff are friendly and keen to help. It’s close to centro, but at a lower price.

The WiFi was bad, and the service felt a bit like a motel, with towels and controls handed out at the counter.

We never got the towels during our stay. At check-in around 5 pm, we were told they’d be brought later, and there wasn’t any toilet paper in the room either. When we came back from town at 10 pm, we asked again and got toilet paper. They said towels would be ready in about an hour, but gave no explanation or apology. We checked out the next morning without receiving them. Luckily we had one towel of our own, otherwise we couldn’t have showered at all. The large TV and efficient air conditioning were good.

The rooms are plain, but very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, and there’s air conditioning.

The reception staff were very friendly, though the parking lot is tiny.
