Breakfast was adequate, and the location was good for our one night there. But the swimming pool was closed, even though it was one of the main reasons we'd booked. The room was spacious but bland, and the toilet didn't flush. We mentioned it before going out for dinner, and they said they'd fix it. On our return, they told us it was fixed, but it only half-flushed, so we decided to check again in the morning. By then it wouldn't flush at all, and we had to fill a bin with water to get it to flush. We mentioned the toilet again at reception when checking out, but the person didn't seem very bothered. I can understand the pool being closed for cleaning to a point, but for 100 dollars I expect a toilet that works properly. I don't think that's too much to ask.

The pool area was lovely, and having parking was handy. Our room had a nice outdoor space, but nowhere to sit out there. A coffee maker in the room would help, and a mini fridge would be great too. Still, a very nice hotel in a perfect spot.

The air conditioning worked well, and the old town location was great. But there weren't many amenities, the bathrooms were tiny, the toilets were balky, and the rooms were noisy.

The breakfast was a bit meh, and the pool had no water, though we hadn't really planned to use it. We had a great room in this beautiful hotel.
