All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Water Park - All Inclusive

We upgraded to a room in the main building for $115 USD for the whole week, which felt very reasonable. The main building rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained, and have a nice ocean view. A big improvement over the standard room. I booked through Sunwing for my first trip to Mexico, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The standard room that came with our package was small, old style, moldy, had no internet, and didn’t suit a family of 4-5, so I didn’t like it. Reception explained that the package only included that standard room, but offered the upgrade. The staff and management were nice and professional. Service at reception, in the restaurant, and at the bar impressed me, everyone was polite, helpful, and clear. There are 3 water pools for kids, the beach is clean, and the view is beautiful. It’s been amazing so far, and we still have another 3 days here. A very good place for families with kids, 100% recommended. Today is Sunday Feb 1,2026. Simple rule, you get what you pay for. If you book cheap, expect basic, though upgrades are available on arrival and are actually cheaper than booking online.

The sargassum on the beach was overwhelming, smelled terrible, and didn’t seem to get cleaned up regularly. The main pool looked dirty, and the water park was a letdown, with rust visible throughout and a look that made our kids afraid to use it. The food was so poor I’d give it zero stars if I could. The two gentlemen at the front desk weren’t friendly or welcoming either. The room was okay, but outdated. We booked mainly for the water park, and the experience disappointed us so much that we left after one night. I wouldn’t recommend the resort.

The bar, room, and food delivery staff worked so hard and helped make our family vacation wonderful. Arturo at the front desk was especially kind and considerate, and quick to respond or handle requests. This was my Grandchildren’s first time traveling, flying, seeing the ocean and waves, so his care meant a lot. He made me give the resort a 5 star review. I didn’t have the same experience with Julio. He seemed to answer simple requests with “We don't have that, We can't do that,” and I didn’t feel valued as a client. Arturo gave quick answers or logical explanations to some of those same questions. A few things could make the stay better: diet soda options, facial tissues, and a minifridge in the rooms, plus a few more performance shows at night. My Grandson loved the 20-30 minutes of bubbles from the large bubble machine in the waterpark. I’d definitely recommend this resort for vacations with children. Thank you All Ritmo! We stayed at All Ritmo from March 23 to March 31, 2026, and had a good experience overall. It’s a beautiful resort with lots to do, especially for families with kids, and we’d consider returning. The front desk wasn’t very welcoming. Julio, in particular, came across as nonchalant and didn’t give the warm service you’d expect. The rest of the team more than made up for it. The bartenders and restaurant staff were consistently kind and attentive. Mario, a senior staff member in the restaurants, went above and beyond to make things comfortable for us with a baby. Marco at the pool bar was also fantastic, friendly and quick with our drink orders. The rooms were nice, but the bathrooms felt dated and had some mould. My allergies flared whenever I was in the room. Better front desk service and room maintenance would make this place even better.
