Bahari Cancun - Adults Only

My girlfriend and I loved having our own private space here. From the top floor, the view was lovely, and there was a nice wading pool where we could cool off or just tan. It's in a real neighborhood outside the hotel zone, where you can see people going about their everyday lives, so it gives a more authentic experience.

Friendly people, a comfortable bed, and an easy check-in. It was clean too, just right for a one-night stay.

Things had been going well until the fourth night of our nine-day stay. Someone picked the lock on our rental car while it was parked at the Bahari and stole personal items. They couldn't siphon the gas because of the anti-theft filter. The next day, the lock to the Bahari room was picked too and wouldn't lock anymore. Staff said it had been left open for room service or cleaning, but it doesn't lock. For the rest of our stay, I'll have to secure all my belongings myself.

There's a pool on the rooftop terrace, and the place is nice to stay at in Cancun. It's also close to the port for Isla Mujeres.
