It’s a clean, spacious apartment with a nice kitchen, plus a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, and found the building is in Cumbres of Cancun, a nice and safe area. Rubi and Carla at the front desk were very helpful. Towels and toilet paper were in very limited supply. Most of the other staff seemed unfriendly, and communication from higher management could have been better. Still, it was good value for the place.

Our first stay went so well that we booked two more days through Expedia. When we arrived, though, they said there had been an error and no rooms were available. I was assured getting my money back wouldn’t be a problem. Now Grupo Aloja, the apartment owners, are blaming us for booking through Expedia instead of contacting them directly. I’ve sent all the screenshots they requested, and they just ignore me. Expedia can’t refund us until Grupo Aloja confirms that we weren’t given access to the room. I believe Expedia, since they haven’t responded to me either. The place is lovely, but that doesn’t help when they take your money and don’t provide what you paid for.

It’s a beautiful, clean, safe place to stay for a Cancun vacation, close to just about everything. We loved the pool, and grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Definitely coming back!

We found the apartment had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were super friendly and attentive to every detail. It’s in a perfect location, close to shops, restaurants, and places for a walk or to relax. The complex feels quiet and safe even though it’s so well connected. The place is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. I loved staying here and would recommend it 100% for work or vacation. Thanks for the hospitality!
