We found the location convenient and the area felt safe. The front desk has a receptionist around the clock. Our room was clean, with a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. There's internet, a pool, and outdoor seating areas too. The atmosphere was very cool.

We loved the feel of this cute little hotel in the heart of downtown Cancun. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and rock music played late into the night around the area, which we absolutely loved. A pharmacy right across the street and a Walmart about a six-minute walk away are both open 24 hours. The beaches are a bit far, but the ADO station is only a five-minute walk.

We needed somewhere for the night we landed after accidentally booking the wrong dates at our resort. Convenience, cleanliness, and comfort were what we wanted, and this place blew us away. The rooms were huge, with vaulted ceilings, and smelled as fresh and clean as a four-star hotel. Even the sheets and towels had the hotel name and logo embossed on them. They also left plastic cutlery, which was an unexpected bonus since we'd picked up food on the way. The noise complaints are true. There's a heavy metal bar up the road, and the live bands are loud, but they close at 11 pm and only play on weekends. Unless you're an ultra-early riser or have young kids, it probably won't be an issue. For a budget-friendly place downtown, don't hesitate. Easy five stars from me.

For a one-night stopover on the way to Isla Mujeres, the price was good and the location worked well, with good restaurants about half a mile away. The AC was good, but the beds were hard and needed cushioning foam. There was no elevator to the second floor. We also had no washcloths or hand towels, and the toilet seat was loose.
