Fiesta Inn Express Cancún Cumbres

The hotel's location was perfect for our 15-day stay. It's in a small plaza with Walmart, Sam's Club, Starbucks, restaurants, shops, a gym, and even a car wash. I loved having a mini-fridge. Reception was very friendly, especially the blond guy, who always greeted people and had a positive attitude. The rooms need work, though. The beds looked old, and ours sagged a bit, like the springs had lost their bounce. The headboard had damp stains. One day the sheets were soft, the next they were pilled and felt rough when I slept. During the last week, the hotel was packed for two events, one for children and one for Hyrox. Hot water took a little longer on those days, but that wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was the real nightmare. It's express service without servers, so guests are expected to take their own food to the service cart. Apparently the Hyrox staff hadn't been told, and left their mess on the tables. Lots of people waited for somewhere to sit. With no staff to help and no signs explaining that everyone should clear their own food, you had to clean other people's plates, wait, or miss breakfast. I can't believe parking costs extra, even at a preferential rate. That doesn't seem fair.

Everything I need is only a few steps away here, whether it's the gym, something to eat, or whatever else. The location is great, and the rooms are so comfortable. I love this hotel.

A handy place to stay overnight, with nearby restaurants to explore and room to relax. The location is excellent and the hotel itself is good, spacious, and convenient. Reception were very helpful. My only issue was that I couldn't adjust the air conditioning with the remote. Regards.

A solid choice for a business trip, with a convenient location and excellent service from the staff.
