After we booked and paid $400 pesos through booking.com several hours ahead, the front desk told us we had no reservation when we arrived. They kept the money and didn't seem interested in fixing the problem. I've never left a bad review for a place I've stayed before, but I want to warn people. There are plenty of other good options nearby, and I can't understand how this place is still in business. Even one star feels far more than they deserve. Safe travels, everyone.

This was my worst hotel experience. They refused to accommodate us, and the man didn't even try to help. He just sent us back into the city to look for somewhere else. Support is based in India, and the local phone line only works until 5PM. Don't use this under any circumstances!

The location was the only good part. The mattress was springy, the wifi was poor, and there was no TV. With no bathroom windows, the room got cold at night. People were loud, and the staff were arrogant and unpleasant. It was expensive next to other places. I would not come back.
