The windows don’t shut, and some aren’t even whole or airtight. There was no soap or toiletries until I asked. The guy also tried to tell me something untrue about the AC, until I pointed out I could fix one with my eyes closed.

The staff were all really friendly, and their service was excellent. The room was another story: the bathroom window was broken, the toilet was dirty, the bedspread had stains, and the fridge was rusty and leaking. The shower door wouldn’t close from inside, and its lock was rusty too. The whole room was dirty and badly maintained. I’ll never come back.

The area is beautiful, and the prices are very good. They had an offer where you pay for two nights and get the third free. We stayed for a week, and our room was cleaned every day without fail. It was very clean, and Hector at reception was especially friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience here.

A single room costs 850, yet there wasn’t even hot water for a shower. The rooms are unhygienic, and the electrical installations are awful. Terrible place.
