I only needed a place for the night, and the room was clean and comfortable. The airport is about 15 minutes away. The access from the main road is easy to miss, so I’d use GPS. There was an information booklet in the room, which helped us find the store around the corner and made ordering food easy. The staff were also great to communicate with over WhatsApp.

A clean, comfortable option for a night near the airport, with decent Wi-Fi. I just wish there were a pharmacy or convenience store closer.

The pool was clean and the kitchen fully equipped, and there’s a solarium. It’s budget-friendly, but the place felt dirty overall. They didn’t replace our sheets, and there was someone else’s hair on them. Outside lights stay on all night, and the curtains are so thin the room looks fully lit. The first photo was taken at 3 am, but it looks like 8 am.

The place itself is very nice, but late check-in was a mess. I arrived at 1 AM and had been told my keys would be in a security box. They weren’t there, and I was alone in the middle of nowhere at night in a non-touristy part of Cancun. No one responded to my calls or texts. Luckily, the taxi driver got hold of them, and after an hour someone came to bring the keys. If you’re arriving late, be aware of this.
