My family and I couldn't sleep because the beds were horrible, and we came away with insect bites. The rooms and beds feel very poor, even though the outside doesn't look too bad. We only stayed because a family member found this hotel at 11pm. It feels more like a motel, costs too much for what it is, and I wouldn't bring a family here. Horrible experience.

The staff are very friendly, and the location is good, but it's in a very busy area. Our room wasn't cleaned for two days. It's very cheap, but you only get the basic necessities. I wouldn't highly recommend it.

Mercado 28 is right across the street and had great food. We stayed for about a week, and the friendly staff and taxis waiting outside the front door made getting around town easy, with no waiting.

For one of the cheapest places in Cancun, it still felt like poor value. My room wasn't very clean, there was no hot water, and the WiFi didn't work for me.
