Viento Suites Cancún

We stayed here for nine days in July 2025. We booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with a kitchen. It was perfect for our needs, and we could go to nearby stores to stock up on food. We spoke very little Spanish, but Google Translate helped us communicate with the two women on site, who also helped us check in. They were great about checking every day to make sure we were doing well. The location was within walking distance of shopping, and there was a great restaurant right around the corner where we ate dinner three times. The area seemed safe, next to a quiet hospital and a Wyndham hotel. There was off-street parking and sturdy metal screen doors with access codes for entering the apartment building. For our daily excursions, we met at the Wyndham and another nearby pickup location. The only downside was that one bathroom window was missing a screen, so mosquitoes got in. We kept that bathroom door closed and did not use it. We will definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay outside the hotel zone! It is super affordable, and you get a lovely room and a pool on the property. The staff were very kind, and our rooms were well maintained and cleaned almost every day. The location is right next to the mall and just a short walk from many great restaurants and cafes!

Calle Viento Suites feels like home to me. It is where I stay whenever I am in Cancun with my family. It is a lovely place, close to everywhere. The room service is great, and the workers are friendly. Mar…* and Cas…• are great people. The owner is a nice person and a good friend. In fact, to me it feels like home, with grocery stores, Las Americas, and more nearby.

I stayed at Viento Suites in December 2025. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of convenience stores and a ten-minute walk from a grocery store and the R1 and R2 bus stops. Those buses frequently go to the Hotel Zone and popular beaches. It is also close to an excursion pickup point. Alfredo, Mary, and Casy were attentive to my needs. I felt safe and comfortable at Viento, and I hope to return. Thank you.
