Villa Isla Blanca

The people at Villa Isla Blanca made the stay for us. Everyone was warm and attentive, and chef Jennifer's food was divine. We left feeling so cared for and already want to come back. The villa itself is beautiful, peaceful, and kept in great shape. It was an unforgettable little paradise in Cancun, and I can’t recommend it enough. ❤️

Pavel helped us get our stay organized when we arrived, and the rest of the team made the whole vacation feel effortless. Jennifer and Alejandra cooked wonderful meals every day, while Francisco and Liliana kept fresh drinks coming. Raymundo and Rosa looked after both the inside and outside of the property so well. We were stunned by the villa when we first walked in. It was such a beautiful, relaxing trip, and the staff were amazing.

Pavel greeted us when we arrived and walked us through everything, then helped arrange transport and excursions. The views are incredible from the moment you step through the front doors, and you can see the ocean from all over the villa. Every meal Jennifer and assistant chef Alejandra made was fresh and tasty. Francisco and Lilianna mixed great cocktails and made sure we never went without a drink. Raymundo and Rosa kept the house, pool, and grounds clean and cared for. The property and staff made it such a pleasure to stay here. I wish I were still there, and hope to return.

We held a work retreat here in November 2023, and Jennifer and Alejandra were great about accommodating the dietary restrictions in our group. Pavel and Jennifer had already been attentive with the transport and meal planning before we arrived. Our drink preferences didn’t go unnoticed either, Francisco and Liliana remembered them and offered our favorites throughout the day. Francisco also arranged massages on the upstairs balcony, which was a treat. Raymundo quickly sorted out an AC issue. Rosa and Gabriel kept fresh towels available for showering and swimming, and even folded and arranged clothes we’d left on the table. The floors were cleaned so regularly that I don’t remember feeling sand in my room, even though it was room 1, right off the patio. Anything left in shared spaces was neatly gathered on the bar by morning. Pavel dealt with a transportation concern right away, without making an issue of it, and arranged a small treat for our last evening that everyone appreciated. We loved our time at Villa Isla Blanca.
