The food was excellent, and Ubaldo, Hugo, Miguel, Angeles, and Karla took such thoughtful care of our daughter's close friend, who has celiac disease. They made sure she could enjoy everything she wanted without feeling left out. We'll remember that kindness for a long time. Thank you to the whole team. Our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The rooms are spacious and cozy, the location is very convenient, and the staff made us feel well looked after.

We loved ending the day at the swim-up jacuzzi bar. Francisco and Manuel kept the drinks coming and were happy to see us each day. They clearly enjoy their work and made our vacation even better. The sushi bar by the pool was another favorite, and the pool servers were great too. The Wyndham was clean, the rooms were great, and booking dinner through the app each morning was easy. We had a great time.

Edwin O. made breakfast at La Paloma buffet and lunch at Viva Mexico the best part of our stay. He was attentive, friendly, and helpful with information about the hotel, the food, and cancun. He spoke english, and the service was quick. In my opinion, the buffet food and service were better than at the other options. The hotel is good value for the price, with plenty of food and drink choices, and about 15-20 minutes from the airport. Our room was clean with a beautiful lagoon view, and the pools and amenities were in good condition. The beach is lovely, though the waves are rough. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. I'd recommend it for a visit to cancun.

Good value for the money, and we really enjoyed our five days here. The resort is clean, the food is fabulous, and the staff are so friendly with excellent service. The ocean looks beautiful, though the water is rough. Getting around involves lots of levels, stairs, or ramps on the way to the beach, which wasn't knee friendly for us.

The beach was clean and the water was amazing. There are a few pools, one with activities and a DJ and others that are nice for relaxing, plus some good shows at night. Angel, usually at the pool bar, was really nice and made great cocktails. Several bars serve mainstream and local drinks, with other options available for an extra cost. Food was very good, with plenty of variety. The lunch choices included Mexican, Suchi, international, and fast food style, and all made good food. The main buffet does breakfast and dinner, with different cuisines through the week, and you can reserve at other restaurants too. Our room and room service were great. I had a great experience overall and would strongly recommend the place.
