The apartment was fully serviced. We rushed out one morning and came back to find even the dishes had been washed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was pleasant without being crowded. It’s a decent place, away from the noisy hotel area but still within walking distance. My only complaint is the floor cleanliness. I walked barefoot and my feet were black within minutes.

I’m here right now and absolutely furious. We booked a room, but the front desk had no idea who we were. Eventually the worker more or less took our word for it. We got just one key for the group and were put in a room that happened to be open. They had to knock several times to check. The room hadn’t even been cleaned: dead bugs all over and only one towel for the whole apartment. The blankets looked stained. The front desk worker said they were just worn out, which was true, but they should have been replaced. I checked the mattresses for bed bugs and didn’t find any, but the beds were badly torn up under the sheets. The Wi-Fi networks are completely open, with no password. The whole place feels like a thinly veiled scam, and I think they may be stealing personal information through the networks. Stay away at all costs.

We arrived in Cancun without a hotel for our first night and found this charming place at the last minute. It went beyond everything we’d hoped for. The neighborhood and views were beautiful and peaceful, the room was incredible, and the staff were lovely. Five stars!

Pretty middle of the road. We had to take taxis to get between the hotel and the beach, club, or la isla if we wanted to go more than once a day. Printing our six boarding card pages cost 60 pesos, which I’d have expected to be free.

The room breakfast was nice, but don’t eat the butter, it was really old and smelled bad. The rooms feel a little dated, and $200 a night including tax is too much for this kind of unit.
