The kids had a great time in the pool, which is open 8am-8pm. Breakfast was free, warm, and tasty, with beef a la Mexicana, chilaquiles, fruit, pancakes, cereal, coffee, and more. It’s also an easy walk through the mall to Starbucks and Krispy Kreme. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. We even had a small balcony with a distant view of the train. There’s plenty of parking in the mall lot, just ask to exchange your ticket for paid parking. Snacks and Maruchan noodles are sold in lobby vending machines. I wish they had one for toiletries and feminine products.

The mall is right outside, and the hotel gives you a card when you leave so you can get out of the parking lot without paying. Inside, there’s a warm indoor pool that’s nice for relaxing, plus a small gym. The room was clean and comfortable, with a couch for watching TV, and the shower was nice with a tub too. Breakfast was fine, just the basics. Good value for the price.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel feels contemporary. The TV quality was really poor during my visit. Breakfast is included, and the bar has a happy hour with complimentary drinks. They also have numbers for delivery services that can bring different kinds of food to your room. Celaya, gto has very little to do, so people are probably there for work or to visit someone. Many hotels are in the industrial area, but this one is in the parking lot of 'galerías celaya', with a theater and restaurants in the mall. That makes its location a real plus. I’d recommend it for a visit to the city.

The staff made me feel at home and treated me really well. The room was so comfortable that I slept like a baby, honestly. The air felt fresh as soon as I arrived.

Clean hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast. It felt pretty secure too, since it’s next to the mall and gated all around.
