8/10
The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, and this is a good pick if you want an upscale room in a safe location, with onsite security and secured parking. Two things disappointed me: once the lounge closes, there’s no way to get ice, since there’s no ice machine. Also, booking directly with the hotel cost me twice as much per night as the price listed on online travel sites.

The hotel is clean, neat, and well maintained, with a good location in the main area and easy access around town. The staff are helpful and supportive, though there’s a language barrier. There’s a gym and a large hall for conferences. I’d like management to look into adding a small water heater in the rooms and providing coffee or tea. The restaurant needs attention too: breakfast has few options, and when an item runs out, there isn’t a quick response. Still, the hotel is very good, and I recommend staying here.

The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were nice. It’s a clean, comfortable hotel. They could improve the quality of the pasta dishes, though.

I stayed for five days and got perfect attention throughout. It’s near Celaya’s biggest store and the city’s main park. Overall, a comfortable place.

The rooms feel spacious and modern, but all that pure white paint gives the place a hospital feel. It could use more character.
