I've stayed three times while driving to and from the Yucatan peninsula. For the price, it's fantastic, with really friendly staff and great food. It's a bit remote, but everything you need is right there on site. Definitely recommend 👍

The breakfast buffet is included and very good, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall design is nice. The staff are friendly and ready to help. It's under 2 km from the city center, and there's a private beach where you can take a lovely sunset walk and look for shells. The big downside is that the hotel uses salt water for everything, including the pool and shower. The pool was dirty, and the property seemed short on maintenance, with plastic bottles, cables, and plastic pipes around. The beach looks beautiful, but the smelly, muddy ground didn't make it pleasant for swimming. I'd only suggest staying here briefly.

We had a memorable visit. The rooms were really comfortable, the views were amazing, and everyone working there was super friendly. The restaurant was great too. The wiring around the TVs could be tidied up to look better, but don't hesitate to visit or stay at this gem. Thanks to all of you!

The in-house restaurant was fantastic, and the free breakfast was delicious. You can have food brought to the pool or beach, where there are tables. The hotel sits right by the water, and they regularly clean the beach out front. There's a pool as well. Our room was missing a few bulbs; reception said they were renovating. The manager speaks English and can translate if you're having trouble with Spanish.

It's a construction site, with trucks driving along the beach and making a lot of noise. The rooms are very basic, and it didn't feel safe.
