Good value for the money, with great cleaning service. A great hotel.

Wi-Fi didn't work during our whole three-day stay, and the hotel didn't seem interested in fixing it, so we decided to find somewhere else. The TV was a bit fickle and had limited options without Wi-Fi. We were in room #101, which had a king bed. The rooms are dated but spacious, with a huge shower room and plenty of hot water. The shower head could use a soak in CLR, and you may want to bring your own toilet paper because they seem a bit chintzy with it. The location is great, across from the mercado, with lots of shops and restaurants within a block.

There isn't a kitchen as far as I know, but there's a market right across the street where you can get pretty much anything you need. The rooms are clean, though time has taken its toll, with some rust on the shower and toilet. It's a small hotel and good value for the money.

Hotel Juliet has great service and good prices. The room was really clean and felt like home. There's an elevator and a stairway, plus a great view of the city from the third and fourth floors. It also has indoor parking. Really nice, you should try it if you go to chetumal.

The beds were okay, though my mom complained that her room had bed bugs. The showers were never properly clean, and the shower heads were always dirty.
