Hotel Posada Angel Albino Corzo

The rooms are nice, with air conditioning, internet, and cable TV, so you get what you pay for. But the service was awful. We stayed six days and our room was cleaned only once. The receptionist was always sour and answered sarcastically. When we arrived, they said we could move to another available room starting on the sixth night. When that day came, everything was booked and they kicked us out. Despite booking several days ahead, we had to sleep outside in a tent, and the receptionist made fun of us. I noticed she also handled the cleaning and was working 24/7. For the last three days, she was alone because her colleagues didn't show up. That could affect staff morale and the service guests receive. They need to organize the schedules better. It's a shame the location and comfort are overshadowed by how poorly guests are treated.
