The location was really handy, with tourist sights, shops, and restaurants nearby. The owner was close by and available if anything came up, which put me at ease. I’d probably stay again. It works like a self-service place, a bit like Airbnb: you pick up keys from a locker and get the instructions through WhatsApp. There are two sections in the building, so check that you're going into the right one. I got the impression they might be changing this setup soon. The room was cozy, but there was no TV and the blinds didn't cover the whole window. The bathroom was fine, with good hot water and pressure. There's a rooftop area that's still under development.

I arrived to find out there were no rooms, even though I had booked through Booking.com and been given the login details. They said they couldn't do anything, so I had to find somewhere else to stay. The hotel's cancellation policy meant I couldn't cancel on the platform without being charged the full amount. I asked for a refund the next day. After that, they stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages and calls, but still charged my card. There's no lobby or anyone there to help you, so be careful. I complained to Booking.com, and it was only with their help that I got my money back two weeks later. The hotel still wasn't replying to me.

The rooms themselves are very nice, but dealing with the service was awful. They only reply when they feel like it, and after we reported some missing items, they stopped answering us. I also didn't feel there was much security: the doors can be opened from outside, and the windows don't lock.
