I'd definitely recommend the club experience on the 5th floor. It comes with a lot of extras, including dinner, breakfast, and happy hour.

We bought tickets for the New Year's Party, which was meant to open at 8:00 PM. It's 8:30 now, we're still in a long line, and it's freezing out here.

The staff are great, no doubt, but the rooms need remodeling ASAP. They look nothing like the pictures online.

Check-in was a mess from the start. The rooms weren't ready even well after the usual check-in time. One eventually opened up, but it smelled awful and clearly needed remodeling. At 6:30 PM, we were still waiting for the second room. As a loyal Marriott member, I expected better service and some recognition, but there was no acknowledgment or attempt to fix the situation. The shower water was dangerously hot and wouldn't adjust, so it was nearly unusable. This stay was a complete disappointment, and I won't come back. I'd suggest looking elsewhere if you want a hassle-free stay, decent rooms, and service that values your loyalty.

It's an old hotel, but still a nice one. The staff are wonderful. The buildings could use some refreshing, though.
